I should have written a big post about JAZ, great rare vinyl collector and re-editor from US, but he just uploaded a very nice mix, so i post it first and let’s talk more about him later). This mix must be very nice for mornings, i’ll try it tomorrow.
Я немного попозже сделаю про американца JAZ подробный пост, уже давно собирался. А сегодня просто размещаю его отличный новый микс. Вообще лейбл Claremont 56 выпускает микс на двух дисках ограниченным тиражом в 200 экземпляров, но вот JAZ решил на своем саундклауде поделиться только первым диском. The Pomepya’s “Power” came out quite a long time ago with some nice remixes, been played a lot here in Russia and appeared at some nice blogs outside the country. So i first thought – why remixing such an old song? But surprisingly Moonoton remixes sounds really fresh: it keeps the song mellow, but adds a lot of punch to it. Sorry for my English, i hope you understand, what i mean))) Btw, Moonoton got a lot of nice stuff at his soundcloud, and he is also releasing and EP on new Russian label, MyFavoritePet, you can listen to it here too.

A new song just appeared on Cosmo Vitelli soundcloud page. It’s a new Bot’Ox tune featuring Foremost Poets, that is going to be out on I’m a Cliche next week. Thanks to Foremost Poets vocals and nice production, it sinks into heart, and i’m sure it will soon appear in very many playlists and charts.

I’m terribly sorry for such a stupid post title (again!), but i’m doing it in a rush. We have a nice party tonight, so i need to get some music ready for it. Today i post 2 very nice songs by Russian artist – Karaman (from Ekaterinburg, where i live, part of Tip Top Tellix band) and collaboration between Sportloto (from Izhevsk) and Volta Cab (from Ulyanovsk). You are porbably a bit confused with the Russian cities’ names, but abyway – just listen to the music. First i normally want to hide nice Russian artists from you, so that they be exclusively in my sets in mixes)) But then i hope more people will listen to their stuff – and sharing good music is the main reason, why i do this blog!)
